I have been blessed in many, many ways. But the one for which I'm most thankful is my wonderful family. How one person could be so lucky as to have the best parents, the best kids and the best husband in the whole world is something I'll never figure out.
My parents are gone now, but they'll never be forgotten. In some ways, I grow closer to them every day. Here are my tributes to them:
It wasn't just my immediate family that was special. I also had and have some very special aunts and uncles.
Then there are my kids. When I was a teenager, I said I never wanted to have children. Children scared me - I was a S.B.O.C. (Spoiled Brat Only Child) myself and I had never been around little babies. I hadn't a clue how to take care of one. Still didn't when my oldest was born, for that matter. But I learned. And I can't imagine what a big fat empty spot there would be in my life and my heart without them. They're all grown up now, but they'll always be my babies to me.

Finally, last but never least: the love of my life, my best friend, business partner and lawfully wedded husband - Tom.
And we can't forget the cats and dog, who are also very much part of the family.
